When performing straight-line sawing, hold the workpiece firmly with your hands, close to the saw ratio, and advance horizontally. Long materials can be slightly lifted by the operator so that the rear end of the workpiece is not lower than the table. The feeding speed should be appropriately controlled according to the nature of the material and the size of the workpiece, and it is forbidden to push, pull, and hit the saw blade. When the saw blade does not reach a high speed after driving, do not feed the workpiece to avoid sudden increase of the motor load. In the working process, if there is a clamped saw situation, the saw edge of the workpiece should be separated forcefully from both sides by the start, and do not reverse to prevent the saw blade from falling. In the event of running saw, blade shifting, etc., stop and inspect the saw blade, saw material, saw jam, saw wheel, etc., and then perform sawing after the saw blade runs normally.
When the path of the saw blade on the worktable is blocked by wood debris, use a wooden stick to remove it, do not use your fingers to fiddle, in order to prevent the saw blade and saw wheel from sticking to the resin wood chips, and increase the friction and resistance between the saw blade and the saw wheel. , It can be scrubbed with kerosene during work.
