Comparison of heating method between veneer hot press and traditional hot press:
The traditional heating method is steam heating or electric heating. Steam heating is quick to heat up, but a pressure steam boiler is required. The pipeline pressure is high, and the steam is easy to condense into water to form uneven surface temperature; electric heating has the characteristics of fast heating, high heating temperature, and easy control, but it consumes a lot of power. The operation cost is high, and the resistance wire is not easy to be replaced during detailed application.
The advantages of heat conduction oil heating are: high heat capacity, average temperature, can be heated to a high temperature under normal pressure, low heat consumption, can reduce production costs, its fault is slow heating speed, it is not easy to stop temperature control. In the furniture industry, when the requirement of hot pressing temperature is not high, the hot water cycle furnace can also achieve the satisfactory results, and the firm investment and operation cost are very low.
